Launched as a networking tool, the Collaborative brings together over 900 service providers from regional organizations that serve people with disabilities and seniors. The Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) led the way in the creation of this unique initiative in February of 2006. In March of 2010, Rolling Start, Inc, became the fiscal sponsor (nonprofit, 501c3, organization) for the collaborative.
The Inland Empire Disabilities Collaborative is supported by a partnership between
Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), Community Access Center, and Loma Linda University PossAbilities.
