Join the Inland Empire Diabilties Collaborative and its community partners for our Monthly Meeting on Tuesday June 19th at San Bernardino Valley College. Linda B. SewerBridgers-Wiliams, MSW Kasier Permanente Case Manager/Social Worker will be our guest speaker.
Launched as a networking tool, the Collaborative brings together over 900 service providers from regional organizations that serve people with disabilities and seniors. The Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) led the way in the creation of this unique initiative in February of 2006. In March of 2010, Rolling Start, Inc, became the fiscal sponsor (nonprofit, 501c3, organization) for the collaborative.
